Aiming to connect all students of different age groups within the school and provide the opportunity to develop a sense of belonging within a supportive environment, the New C.R. Sr. Sec. School follows a House System.

Divided into four Houses: Red House, Yellow House, Green House and Light-blue House.

The House on Duty conducts the morning special assembly, presenting News Headlines, Thought for the day, and the significance of upcoming Events and Festivals. The Inter-House presentations provide opportunities to develop team ethos, leadership, collaboration, and confidence among students. They also develop a sense of community and family within the house working together and supporting each other while performing various House duties. The scheduled House activities provide a platform so that every student is engaged and challenged equally and are able to showcase their natural talent.

Each House has a House-captain, Vice-captain, Senior Prefects, and Junior Prefects who play an important role in organizing celebrations and events.
